Malorie lakosky

Malorie is the founder of Pocket Studio and Wellness Weirdos, passionate about helping people move safely, efficiently, and confidently after injury. Using the LYT® Method, she combines mindful movement, functional strength, and posture awareness to create programs that meet each participant where they are.Malorie believes small group classes are the key to meaningful progress: they provide individualized guidance, a supportive environment, and the chance to ask questions and get feedback in real time. Her goal is to empower people to rebuild movement habits that last, reduce pain, and feel strong in their bodies again.Outside the studio, Malorie enjoys teaching group yoga, offering private sessions, and creating tools and programs that help people transition from physical therapy to independent wellness practices.
